Driving a car around London in early June could be an interesting experience, since the World Naked Bike Ride is set to take place in the capital.

The main thrust of the event is a protest against the destructive nature of the culture existing in the modern world, but it also serves to celebrate the human body and cycling.

While travellers staying at hotels in London may chuckle at the format of the demonstration, it aims to show the vulnerability of cyclists on modern roads.

The event in London will see more than 1,000 bold cyclists meeting at 18:00 BST under Waterloo Bridge.
