San Diego's Great Western Loop is a very popular training ride for many hard core and competitive cyclists in this Southern California cycling mecca.

This 42 mile, over 3,000 foot of climbing route loops through the beautiful mountains and canyons east of the city. It contains two climbing and two interval segments for a very well rounded and challenging workout.

This 90 minute DVD includes a new "Just the Ride" menu option which gives indoor trainers, coaches and instructors a choice of 90 minute, 60 minute and 45 minute versions of the ride to fit their training or class requirements. The video also features an expanded use of multiple HD Bike Cams to make this our toughest, yet most beautifully immersive virtual cycling experience!

As with all our virtual cycling DVDs in the epicRIDES series, this DVD includes a free, downloadable Training Guide and matching PowerProfiles for programmable bicycle trainers such as the Computrainer and the CycleOps Power Beam Pro.
